The similar phrase 'Worldly Christianity' is one used by Bonhoeffer. It's J Gresham Machen that I want to line up most closely with. See his Christianity and culture here. Having done commentaries on Proverbs (Heavenly Wisdom) and Song of Songs (Heavenly Love), a matching title for Ecclesiastes would be Heavenly Worldliness. Poulaines
Poulaines or crackowes were a style of shoes with extremely long toes very popular in the 15th Century. They began in the late 14th Century and fell from fashion after about 1480-90. They were worn by men and women, but men's were the most extravagantly long. The pair above is modern and very conservative. More here.
